U.S. warns of possible attacks in Ciudad Juarez

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – The U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico’s most violent drug war city, warned on Friday that cartels may be seeking U.S. targets in a possible escalation of violence.
